Webelvui > chat > General > Alerts > there is a field you can fill in. not sure if you need colons, semicolons, commas, etc. The kind folks over at r/wowui may be better able to help you :) The addon you're looking for is SharedMedia, ElvUI (and a lot of other addons, e.g. Weakauras) pull from there.

Then you would just need to set the visibility (or hidden, alpha, etc..) properly when the weak aura triggers and have it trigger in combat. Also not certain about this because I haven’t tried it.
