WebJul 15, 2014 · Whenever I try to run Fake-Fullscreen it also launches 4GB and prints "Fallout is not running" then proceeds to New Vegas menu without turn Fake-Fullscreen and 4GB on. The Fake-Fullscreen says it is compatible with 4GB, but it doesn't seem to work. May I have assistance for these two launchers?
