WebWe can't get rid of stutter dial tone on our first telephone line for a business location. Numerous Comcast reps don't know how to remove it. We don't have voicemail, we don't have call waiting, just rollover / hunting. We have three sites like this. It's only an annoying thing when you pick up the phone and have to wait to make a call.
