Webjamesweb. I had a dble. bypass on may 5, 2011. On may 24, 2011, I had the lung surgery where they used the talc to seal the area around my left lung, thereby solving the fluid build-up around my left lung. This was after 2 pleural effusions. The surgery did work and I no longer have have fluid build-up around my left lung.
