Last 10 seconds, and pulses every 1.9 seconds. Compared to Healing stream totem which is on a 30 second CD (and can have a secodn charge), last 15 seconds, and also pulses every 1.9 seconds. The difference in healing between the two is 8-10%. So whats the deal here?
