WebHi all, I'm 42 M and healthy, no meds. I visit my doc for physicals yearly and I last saw my eye doc about a year ago. I wear contacts and glasses and my prescription (-5.75, -4.5) has been pretty stable the last 10 years or so. I've noticed over the course of the last few years that my right eye is getting slow to change focus.
