WebbI doubled the recipe because our roast was almost 4 lbs. Our meat was called a pork picnic roast. I added just one cut up onion and about 2 garlic cloves chopped up, placed on top of the meat with the veggies and the liquid poured around it. I cooked mine on low for actually 9 hours because we weren't ready for dinner until then.
