Anyone 18 years of age or older can sue in Small Claims Court. If you are less than 18 years old, your parent or guardian may sue on your behalf. WebbIn small claims court the monetary jurisdiction of the court has been increased from $25,000 to $35,000. You may remember that back in 2010 the amount was increased to $25,000.
